Sateesh’s educational background is a testament to his commitment to personal and professional growth. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Badruka College, Hyderabad, India, and a Post-Graduate Masters in Information Systems from Central Queensland University. As an Australian resident and business entrepreneur, Sateesh has made significant contributions to the development, residential, commercial property, and FMCG sectors.

Having worked his way up from the grassroots level within his businesses, Sateesh’s skills and expertise are deeply rooted in hands-on experience. Today, as Chairman and majority shareholder of Srini Group, he attributes his success to the outstanding team he has built. Signature Wollongong Development
In 2016, Sateesh undertook a groundbreaking venture – the creation of Signature Wollongong, an innovative 22-storey luxury vertical living space, marking the first of its kind in Wollongong. This ambitious project reached completion in 2020, presenting a total of 151 apartments, along with a child care centre and six retail establishments, spanning across two levels of basement parking. As the tallest structure in Wollongong, Signature Wollongong offers a plethora of amenities, including a dedicated concierge service, an outdoor fitness centre, an open-air theatre, a jet swimming pool, and a resident function centre. Notably, the inclusion of a child care centre holds great significance for Sateesh, as it greatly enhances the lives of families residing within the Signature Wollongong community.
Sateesh, with his unwavering commitment to customer service, exceptional project management abilities, and a positive can-do attitude, has fostered long-lasting business partnerships and achieved remarkable success. Having been there himself, Sateesh understands the struggles and hardships students coming to Australia often face. This led him to assist many young students in adjusting to a new culture. Over the years, several students have been granted permanent residency courtesy of Sateesh and the employment he has offered them.

The Sri Muvva Foundation
While Sateesh’s entrepreneurial endeavours have been impressive, his dedication to philanthropy is equally commendable. Inspired by his first cousin, M.V. Rami Reddy, he established The Sri Muvva Foundation in his mother’s name in 2014. The foundation aims to support Sateesh’s native country, India, by undertaking initiatives that uplift communities and individuals in need.
One of the foundation’s significant achievements has been providing fresh water and sanitation services to the 10,000 people of Pedaparimi, South India. Previously reliant on imported water, the village now benefits from a state-of-the-art purification system that prevents wastage of water, retains minerals, and eliminates bacteria using advanced micro and ozone filtration technology. Additionally, the Sri Muvva Foundation sponsored the creation of a comprehensive sewage system too.
Sateesh is proud of the foundation he created in India, however his generosity extends beyond his home soil. He has supported the visions of the Dapto Rotary Club in Dapto, NSW for years – donating five acres of land for them to operate on and use as they please. He also makes regular monetary donations to cancer research charities.
Sateesh Muvva Vision for Giving Back
Sateesh Muvva firmly believes in the importance of giving back to society and actively advocates for this cause. He states that: “All of the money you earn, you earn from society, which allows you to live your life. You should be willing to give back to society, no matter how big or small your contribution may be”.
From the early stages of his career, Sateesh initiated his charitable endeavours, even when his financial resources were limited. He started by making small donations whenever he had an extra coin in his pocket, understanding that every act of giving, regardless of its size, holds significance. He often encourages others, saying, “If you have a hundred dollars, try giving back a dollar.” This mindset reflects his belief that even the smallest gestures can make a positive impact.
Over time, Sateesh’s commitment to society has grown, allowing him to undertake more substantial philanthropic initiatives. However, the underlying principle remains unchanged: to give back to the community in which he lives.
